1. Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

2. Packaging & Minor Damage
Please note that due to international shipping, minor cosmetic packaging wear (such as small dents or scuffs on boxes) may occur.
This does not qualify for a return unless the product itself is damaged or defective.

3. Final Sale Items
Items purchased on final sale or with promotional discounts are non-returnable and non-refundable.

4. Return Process
To start a return, email us at Meoyeuonline@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description or photo of the issue.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a partial or full refund to your original payment method.
In some cases, we may offer a replacement or partial refund without requiring the item to be returned for faster resolution.
